7-Day Inspection Window

For all fragile decor items, you have 7 days from delivery to inspect your purchase. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us immediately.

Damage Claims - Video Proof Required

To protect both you and our artisan partners, we require video proof of unboxing for any breakage claims.

Please record a continuous video while opening your package that clearly shows:

  • The exterior condition of the shipping box
  • The unboxing process from start to finish
  • The item and any damage present

This helps us process your claim quickly and ensures we can work with our shipping partners to prevent future issues.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Where possible, we'll offer a replacement item first to ensure you still receive the piece you loved.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
